N.J. Supreme Court rules slapping teen, taking her wages is not child neglect or abuse

While not admirable traits (slapping and using funds from the child's paycheck for household bills), the court did make the correct decision. It sounded like the grandfather was a lttle miffed with his visitation. . . .or lack thereof of the child, which led to the originaly complaint. It seems that the child protective services wasn't all that helpful either. Sounds kind of like someone had an agenda and this family paid a price for it.
