E. Texas teacher disciplined for taping talkative student's mouth shut

The parent along with the child are to blame in this. If the parent had instilled in this child how to conduct themselves in a public school setting and to do as they are told by a person in authority, this would have never happened. Many years ago, this would have never been brought up, the parent would have taken care of this proble child at home.
