    It's settlements like this that continue to fuel Joe Smuck's desire to sue for idiotic things. It was Joe's fault for runnings from the police, causing them to apprehend a fleeing suspect. Take responsibility and file for SSD.

    I understand the settlement, but this young man's own actions led to this accident and injury. If he had not run, I am quite sure there would have been a different outcome to this incident.
