This has already been discussed in the forums. This has nothing to do with the Constitution but more of someone being upset because they lost a civil case. Mr. Windsor is beating a dead horse and asked the Supreme Court to give him satisfaction. They declined to become a part of it. That is their right and after having read a good portion of the complaint (it is rather lengthy), the court made the correct decision. There is no violation of the Constitution and no precedent would have been set IF the court would have stepped in.
