There is no good reason for this investagation to have taken this long. The officer was justified in his actions, he was well within the force continuem.
You gotta be kidding. 5 month paid administrative leave for an incident with such minimal use of force? Remind me never to work for Utah Highway Patrol, I'd be going insane not working for almost half of a year! This should have been cleared up within a month, I'm sure he's a target, just because of who his cousin is.
