I love how these kids are being taught they don't have to show anyone common courtesy or respect. It is then further reinforced by groups like the ACLU and appeals courts. People say we have a tough job. I agree it's hard, but not as hard as being a teacher today. It would be hard not to put my fist through the back of some little smart mouth punks head.
I don't think that the founding fathers had foul mouthed young punks in mind when they wrote the 1st. By court precedent, they are teaching these buttheads that they will not be held accountable for their actions. Let this punk run off at the mouth with the wrong group out in the street and see where his mouth gets him, either a trip to the hospital or morgue.
The average teacher is somehow less prone to beat down a jackwagon kid. Like teachers aren't stressed out ticking time bombs. I agree, though, this kid does have a 1st amendmant right to say whatever they want, and commit the crime of disorderly conduct by his actions and words used.
