    Number one, subject is stuck on stupid. Stop alarming the public. That is a crime, thumbs up, even if Utah is an open carry. Number 2, never ever, expose yourself to an armed individual. Use cover! Your engine block was perfect cover, I didn't see any between the patrol car and the subject.
