    Yeah, they have issues all right... like the son trying to kill his mother. I'm definately confused how the prosecutors not charging this kid is supposed to help. IMO, it sounds like he needs supervision from a juvenile officer.

    What is with this child not facing charges due to his age. This little dirtbag knew enough to stabb his mother, he knew right from wrong, charge his soorry little butt. They should have had to pry his little butt out of the nearest wall.
