I do not think people want more gun control that would effect the law abiding citizens from owning them. Only sell magazines the can carry 8 or less rounds. Criminals will always find away to get a gun no matter what the law is. like Jonas stated make the punishment fit the crime, if you take a life and it's not in self-defense your life is taken by being executed if convicted.

How come no one ever talks about CRIMINAL CONTROL. If criminals were punished properly for their crimes, gun control wouldn't even be an issue. When will Washington get it?
