If you read the article, you'd know the poor judgment wasn't "momentary". The intended audience was ostensibly the entire crew--leaking is hardly a question.

This is a shining example of a momentary lack of good judgement costing a person dearly in the future. I wonder what the motive of the person who leaked the video had???????
