Suspect in trooper shooting could face death penalty

Is there actually discussion taking place as to whether or not the death penalty will be sought in this case? The incident was recorded on the Trooper's dash cam!! And the nerve of the defense attorney to comment on how scared and depressed his client appeared during his first appearance Wednesday - he SHOULD be scared! Gregory Favors had choices - he CHOSE to shoot TFC LeCroy and, as a result, took his life. Favors didn't care about the profound effect his actions would have on TFC LeCroy's loved ones and law enforcement family - he just didn't want to go back to jail. The prosecutor needs to seek the death penalty, ensure Favors' right to a speedy trial is honored, then execute him.
