1/3 of Kershaw Co., SC deputies fail new sheriff's fitness test

The establishment of standards is ok, however Sheriff's and chiefs never have the money to pay for gym memberships or are they willing to pay for the staff to work out for pay!! The problem is that for many officers they are not runners! Many guys are in good shape and can physically out work those who work out all the time with weights. To say you are just out of a job is wrong !
