Well after reading the article he has been on the wagon for the last eight years, I'm suprised he got 6 months, his drivers license must have been revoked, making it a Felony DUI. In Arizona we now go back for the last 84 months for priors, not 40 years.
At 20 convictions, he'll get a gold chain.
no, no, no. He has not learned to stay away from cars or to stop drinking. He needs to serve at least 5 years and when they release him he needs to be told that if there is a next time he is going for good.
Agreed on that one... surely something appears grossly wrong there...
