RIP CO Chapin and God Bless and keep your family and friends. While I do not consider most CO's actual LEO's in the strict sense of the word, they are in the Justice System and they have a very dangerous job keeping these animals behind bars. They do deserve our respect for the dangerous job that they do. I hope that they charge this waste of DNA with Capital Murder and he gets the death penalty for his crime. He has shown he is not even able to live behind bars within those rules so just kill it, kill it quickly and I hope painfully. Maybe some CO's could have a private word with a couple of inmates and make sure they don't see anything.
