Court Date Set for Horrorcore Rapper Facing Capital Murder Charges
Richard "Sam" McCroskey, 20

LONGWOOD, CA – An aspiring “horrorcore” rapper from California who was charged with killing his girlfriend and three others is scheduled to be in a Farmville court.
Richard “Sam” McCroskey faces capital murder charges in the Sept. 18 deaths of his girlfriend, 16-year-old Emma Niederbrock; her parents, Presbyterian minister Mark Niederbrock and Longwood University professor Debra Kelley; and Emma’s 18-year-old friend Melanie Wells of Inwood, W.Va.
A judge was supposed to set McCroskey’s trial date in April, but that was pushed back so a mental evaluation could be completed. His attorneys have asked for a change in venue.

Another 20 year old who has chosen to throw his life away. That being said, he desrves the death penalty for his actions.
