NYPD Releases Chilling 9/11 Helicopter Photos

After reviewing back a number of pages, and reading some of the posts, as well as remembering where I was on that fatefull and historic day, I have to adamently, emotionally, and whole-heartedly DISAGREE with the idiotic and unpatriotic @$$e$ who say we should move on a forget what happened, or get over it and let it stay in the past. It is to these individuals that I ask, which dumpster did you put your loyalty to our country in and why? How can you have become so completely and voluntarily ignorant of where our country is headed and how bad things have become? Do you not remember our national pride we all shared back in the 1980's and 1990's? I live in the Phoenix, AZ metro valley, but when our great nation was violated in the name of Allah and Mohamed, I was in UT. I walked into the breakroom where I worked and watched the news for about five minutes, then asked what the name of the movie was that they were watching. The response I got back still chills my blood and puts my mind into a cold rage, "This isn't a movie, it really happening." We can never forget, SHOULD never forget, CAN'T EVER FORGET!!

The day we choose to forget what happened that day, the lives we lost, the friends, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, and grandparents who were stolen from our lives in an act of cowardly fear and blind hatred are a reminder that we have a responsibility to NEVER let it happen again.

"Remember the Alamo!"
"Remember Pearl Harbor!"
"Remember 9/11!"

As a father, I have a responsibility to teach my children the difference between right and wrong, to instill in them a sense of self-worth, self-confidence, courage to stand up for truth and right, and above all a LOVE for our country, our freedoms, and our ability to live in accordance to what we feel to be right, so long as we do NOT infringe upon the rights of another. At the same time, where do I draw the line? Where do any of us draw the line? I say that unless you are a LEGAL CITIZEN of this country and harbor desires to act against the laws and people of this country, YOU DO NOT BELONG NOR DO YOU HAVE ANY RIGHTS IN MY COUNTRY!! I WILL DEFEND THIS NATION WITH MY LIFE!!! ESPECIALLY IF IT MEANS I HAVE TO TAKE YOURS TO DO IT!!! To those who say we earned it, you are no better than the ones who committed the crimes that day. To those who say we should move on and get over it, I say you should have been on the 79th floor of the North Tower that day!

I lost two brothers that day, both were in the North Tower, one of them with his girlfriend who he was planning to propose to during a special lunch later in the day. I was on the phone with him when the tower collapsed, so anyone who feels I am out of line, bite me, I am justified. God Bless America!!!

Seeing this stuff makes me sad and upset all over again. I just wish that people would understand/remember that this also happened outside of New York. True, not nearly as many died, but maybe its stuck with me more because some of my dad's friends were in the Pentagon when it happened.

I remember watching the towers fall from my office at 32 Court Street in Brooklyn. I remember driving people home as they walked off the bridge in shock; some not even knowing where they were. I remember the incredulous look on their faces and what downtown Manhattan looked like weeks later. I remember the wretched smell of death for months after 9/11 every time I went over the Brooklyn Bridge. We will never forget.

This day was so horrible I lost my X-Partner Ray Suarez that day. I was there from DAY ONE. All i can say for that day is to all my fellow brothers and sisters, and all the people that were killed that day R.I.P
