SALT LAKE CITY – The suspect in the shooting death of a Utah sheriff’s deputy has been arrested after being found asleep inside a shed.

A spokeswoman for the Millard County sheriff’s office says 37-year-old Roberto Miramontes Roman was captured around 8 a.m. Wednesday in Beaver County.

Lindsay Mitchell says Roman was taken into custody along with another suspect, Ruben Chavez.

Chavez is the owner of a Cadillac that was stopped early Tuesday by Millard County sheriff’s deputy Josie Greathouse Fox, who was shot dead.

Roman, the subject of an intensive manhunt, has been charged with capital murder.

Beaver County Sheriff Cameron Noel told The Salt Lake Tribune that deputies found both suspects asleep inside a shed.

Great news, this guy should be prosecuted, convicted and executed. Unless Obama and Eric Holder decide to send him back to Mexico as an "undocumented worker". When will our politicians get serious about the illegal aliens swarming this nation with impunity? There is no excuse for it,

illegal, had been deported, back on the streets in the US, kills a good officer, wife and mother. Yet we are not allowed to detain illegals for deportion. What's wrong with our system. I'm in a small midwest town and have contact with illegals on a regular basis. They admit it knowing we can do nothing. My suggestion, put our Nat. Guard to work transporting illegals south and assisting on border patrol. Keep the Roberto Miramontes Romans and other criminals like him out of the US. We have no shortage of our own. If being an "Illegal" imagrant is a crime why are most cops not allowed to arrest them but we can arrest grandma for driving left of center. Go figure.

This is always good news to find the pieces of garbage that had an AK 47 to back them up. The cowards. Hope they rot in a cell and afterwards they should fry 'um.
