SALT LAKE CITY – The suspect in the shooting death of a Utah sheriff’s deputy has been arrested after being found asleep inside a shed.

A spokeswoman for the Millard County sheriff’s office says 37-year-old Roberto Miramontes Roman was captured around 8 a.m. Wednesday in Beaver County.

Lindsay Mitchell says Roman was taken into custody along with another suspect, Ruben Chavez.

Chavez is the owner of a Cadillac that was stopped early Tuesday by Millard County sheriff’s deputy Josie Greathouse Fox, who was shot dead.

Roman, the subject of an intensive manhunt, has been charged with capital murder.

Beaver County Sheriff Cameron Noel told The Salt Lake Tribune that deputies found both suspects asleep inside a shed.

After looking at photos of these two UGLY BASTARDS..!! I had to go and vomit. I only wish for swift and powerful justice to prevail (DEATH PENALTY). But every time that I look at our fallen sister, I just want to cry in my heart for her family... And take comfort at the thought of this fine and beautiful warrior of the badge, resting in the Awsome and Devine arms of Jesus Christ....I pray that her family finds healing in the spirit of the Lord.

If you read the arrest warrant, $50,000,000 cash bond. A bullet would solve this case.

Sad that these animals will be offered every chance to explain themselves. I won't be surprised (or sad) if Roman off's himself in the local lockup. No loss there.

The sad thing is it'll take them 10 years to exhaust all the appeals and he'll have 10 years longer with his family than the Dep did with her family....Not sure how much Justice is in that....
