BEDFORD, N.H. - A 20-year-old state representative has apologized after he was arrested at an underage drinking party over the weekend. Brian Poznansky is one of the youngest people to ever be elected to office in New Hampshire. He has a very impressive resume. He’s the vice president of his junior class at St. Anselm’s College, and he is an Eagle scout. But he still isn’t old enough to drink. He was arrested along with 21 other people at a Bedford home on Friday morning. He was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.

If he's old enough and mature enough to be a state representative then he should be old enough to drink. I know the law is the law and not alot of facts were presented here about the the situation, but i normally lay off the 18-20 year olds who are graduated from highschool and aren't acting crazy, driving a car, etc.
