Man Dressed-Up as Breathalyzer Busted for DUI

OXFORD, Ohio – An 18-year-old Ohio man decided to dress up as a breathalyzer for a Halloween party. What do you think happened next?

James Miller was arrested after driving the wrong way down a one-way street. His car’s headlights weren’t on, and he had several different Ohio IDs on him.

Police say he had an open can of beer with him, as well as unopened cans.

At the police station, he blew a breathalyzer and was found to be nearly twice over the legal limit.

Miller’s been charged with underage drinking and DUI.

Halloween a couple years ago, a local city jurisdiction in our county starts chasing a suspected DUI out of their city. They stay beyhind it until we get some cars in the area to help stop it. When the guy realized he couldn't go any further he finally stops. As I'm coming up the pursuing city officer is pulling him out of his truck - wearing his black and white striped jail custome!! Almost fel on my a$$ in mid-run when I saw that one. We - and the motorists passing by afterward - got quite the kick out of it. The DUI suspect - not so much!!

Wow removed my access for the second time, I can do this all day. You are just adding fuel to the fire. I have this nice last post I was going to leave with, but you just keep pushing my buttons.

I love how you all only read so far into my posts. Besides the first couple posts were I was just being a jerk I made a pretty fair stand of my opinions of police officers. I said most are honorable officers, but some are corrupt.

DarkBlue you can be more creative than that come on. If your going to make fun of me come with more than a momma comment.

This post got completely away from what I was trying to establish. Yes Mr. Miller did something horribly wrong and deserved to be arrested, but for me to hear our law enforcement saying Mr. Miller has no future and deserves do be raped in jail is very disheartening.

I was able to turn my life around after being a very stupid young adult and now work to show these people there is hope.

Don't get me wrong I enjoy the humor of the arrest as much as anyone else.

The sad part is driving down a one way street without headlights with a high BAC. It's about kids being out on Halloween and some times with costumes vision is impaired. Halloween is about the kids? Isn't it?

Hmm...Aside from the obvious concerns for the safety of the arresting officers who might have injured themselves falling down laughing is the single most alarming fact...that Mr. Miller has a girlfriend.
