Photos From the 21st Annual Candlelight Vigil

RIP to those who gave their lives doing what the majority would never do. They gave their lives in service to the public and for that I thank you. God bless their families, friends and their departments. NEVER FORGET!

The big problem with the Vigil, other then the strong winds, is that many people began arriving at 3:00, 3:30 in the afternoon and grabbed all the seats. Where curedgirls and I were standing, we couldn't see through the standing crowd which was, at minimum, 12+ deep. I wanted to see the wreath I had ordered for my friend's son and had the privilege of meeting several of his friends who were there from Orlando... they all promised to be here when the Museum opens and they see the threatre seat in George's honor and memory. I know his dad won't be able to make it - his health is poor, but his mother and, hopefully, children, and brother. THEN, I'll finally get to meet the family, instead of just exchanging letters. Weather here was a downpour almost all day.
