    Dispatchers are the guardian angels of the officer in the fiels....I cannot telll you how many times my life or the life of a co-worker has been saved by a dispatcher who knew where my backup was, knew what resources were available and paid attention to where I was and the type of job being handled...on 9/11 in NY the dispatchers were amazing..and they were also traumatized...alot of people do not realize that when something happens to one of your officers, it has a tremendous impacr on you...God bless and thank you for what you do, Michael
