    Hi, Thanks for checking in. We are on the last leg of a 5-week driving vacation. First 2 weeks in Arkansas, now in Austin, TX visiting my Mom. We had planned on leaving on Oct 9th but my Mom is going to have to have surgery to remove some gallstones on the 8th so we will be extending our stay for at least a few more days (Ah-the advantages of being retired :-) Anyway, prayers for her would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Dave, I have had a relapse and vocal cords have closed up on me and can talk unless it is a whisper. Wife is really enjoying that. LOL. Got shot and antibiotics and cant tell that they are helping yet. Maybe by time I run out of pills things will change. Take care my friend. Stieve
