IT'S TOO BAD YOU DIDN'T GET TO GO TO BRANSON BUT I'M SURE YOU WILL HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE TO GO . SUN? I HATE THE SUN. WE HIT 104 AT THE END OF APRIL. REALLY STARTING EARLY THIS YEAR. AND GUESS WHAT? THAT'S WHEN THEY DECIDE TO DO THE ANNUAL A/C CLEANING, SO TYPICAL, WHATEVER HAPPENED TO GOOD OLD COMMON SENSE. It's May and it won't stop snowing outside. We've got about 1-2 inches of wet snow all day but the roads are slick and will freeze over tonight. Northern Iowa/Minnesota got the worst of this storm. Have lived here 10 years and this is the first year we've gotten snow in May. What's up with Mother Nature? I have a 5-day weekend coming up and yards that need to be mowed. Yeah!!! Right on brother. Have fun with the yard work. We too have had some decent weather and as much as I hate doing yard work aside from pushing the lawn mower, I have been on a mission this year clearing leaves, vines, small trees, etc ... Enjoy !

Thank you for your sweet words, as a paralegal I knew where to dig, that's what I said to my son, why isn't he behind bars with a record like this..the system is way too lenient - awhile back we had a college student who drowned her baby in a pool of blood in the bathtub of her dorm, the Judge handed down the maximum sentence but the higher court overturned his decision, stating the Judge had abused his discretion so she ended up serving only a fraction of time, the punishment , once again, not in accordance with the crime

Sorry I'm just getting back to you, I haven't been on here in about a week. Thanks for caring and stopping by, hope you're doing okay. Another witness came forth w/the guy's name & it was just like I thought, she parked behind a business around the corner where they planned to throw the bike in the vehicle then when he called in a panic after the wreck, she sped off & in his frantic state at the scene he said to the witnesses that he would have to pay for this bike, he had no intention initially of buying the bike, his only intention was to steal it, he left the bike laying in the guy's yard & was so frazzled that he took off with the brakelines, broken headlights, some other parts, my son can't get over that part, keeps asking me why he ran off with the parts, so we gave the police all the info, still waiting, I don't know any of the cops over there, I did know one but he's been transferred, I know the ones out this way & in Erie, this didn't happen here, it happened at the excellent father's, you know the one who denied paternity for 2 1/2 years - that one - I researched the records at the court house, came up with three pages of criminal activity since 2004, burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, robbery-threat to impose immediate serious injury, aggravated assault, selling & manufacturing offensive weapons, criminal trespass - entering structure, simple assault, criminal mischief - property damage, harassment, driving under the intoxication of drugs & alcohol, numerous drug charges including intent to deliver, possession, manufacture, plus driving while under suspension of vehicle .registration, driving while under revocation of license, he already has 2 trial dates & a formal arraignment scheduled in May - more crap: I have the cruiser for sale, had a fight with a guy w/an attitude & an inflated ego last night, I had the seats swapped out b/c the original seats were really uncomfortable, he said they were the wrong seats, they're not for that year - I told him I don't care what year they're for - they're not wrong - why in the world would I replace them with the same year seats that were in there, they would be the same style & contour, they're the ones I wanted in there, just b/c my preferences are different than his does not make it wrong, neither one of us are wrong, then he was having coniptions over the ashtray & cupholders, unbelievable, you wouldn't believe the frenzy over an ashtray & cupholders...
