I can imagine, lol. This is my favorite time of the year in Georgia. You can roll down the windows and feel the cool breeze on your face instead of the stagnant sun-baked air of summer lol. October is an awesome month here.

The weather has been beautiful here! No rain is predicted, and the temperature is perfect. Rainy Saturdays are nice sometimes, though, lol.

The body really is amazingly resilient and so wonderfully intricate and complex. It’s good that you were able to control the situation until others showed up to assist you. Were you in the hospital long? Fortunately, the closest I’ll ever come to arresting someone is using restraints if a patient becomes combative or tries to pull out his tubes - lol. Indeed that is life, and I'm glad you're better now. I hope you are having a great week!

Being struck in the windpipe would have scared me too! I was kicked in the windpipe by a screaming 4-year-old a few months ago, and that stunned me for several minutes. He was terrified of the doctor, and his mother needed help lifting him. You're right, those hours do come with the job, but it's well worth it. :)
