    Summary: I met Sgt. Bear when I began working for the Johnson Co. S.O. in 1995. I have worked with him continuosly until 2008 when I left the state. I always found him to be very professional and level headed. He was always willing to listen to fellow officer even after becoming a supervisor. I feel he is a credit to his agency as well as the Profession of law enforcement. I hold him in high regard as a professional and as a friend.
