LOL I know what you mean. We had a Sgt. who was a real dick. At a PD crab feast, someone stuck a half dozen crabs under the front seat of his cruiser. Iit was in August and back then the City was too damn cheap to pay for AC in the cars. Now I;m not going to admit to doing it, but paybacks are a bitch. And I was one of the guys who owned him.
