I was born and raised in Texas and am proud to be a Texan. But, I love Montana and I swear that's where I was supposed to have been born.

I'm not an LEO, but I have the utmost respect for those who are. I can't think of a single profession whose members do more and are thanked less. While I have always respected and admired them, even had members of my family who were officers and have a nephew who is an officer now, I have only recently began to understand just what you really do for us every day and my respect just continues to grow. May God keep each and every one of you safe.

If I ever meet one of you on the street, and I fail to stop and tell you thank you, then I apologize now because I absolutely intend to do that. With a little help from some friends, we are just beginning to work on raising the awareness of the public in our area of what you mean to us and do for us. I know you don't get the respect you deserve, but some of us are trying to make it right.

This is a video that I made for our cause that I'm an admin for on Facebook and I wanted to share it with you here. It's certainly not a commercial production and is my first try at making any kind of video, but it's my humble attempt to pay tribute to all of our law enforcement officers and thank you for what you do for us day in and day out. We all pay tribute to those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice as we should for we must never forget. But, my thoughts on making this was that I wanted a way to say "stop forgetting about those who are still here and protecting us every day". Hopefully this does that in some small way.
