Summary: When I was a rookie, Patrick was my training officer, partner. I thought I learned a lot in the academy and did well, but I must admit, I learned much more on the job, especially during the first six months. And I owe it to Patrick. I still remember theinterrogation of a suspected drug dealer accused of fatally shooting a young girl. He taught me the good cop-bad cop technique. I wouldn't repeat it here, so as not to embarrass myself, how Patrick saved my hide, more than once, and more than I'd like to admit. As I rise in the ranks and meet other rookies, I balance the hazing with genuine care and support I received. Thank you. Mark

Summary: Patrick has my vote of confidence. He is an entrusted member of the team and was a point-person, a go-to person. When something urgent, critical, or delicate needs attention, I delegate it to Patrick. He gets things done, done right, and done right away. He is able and affable, capable and courteous, efficient and effective, gifted and giving, thorough and thoughtful. I can recommend him for any capacity without reservation.
