    Dispatchers are the angels of the law enforcement officer. I cannot tell you how many times my life or the life of a co-worker has been saved by a dispatcher who knew the area, resources available, units available etc....I also know that when we feel the pain on a job...you, having to keep your voice calm, are sometimes crying with us, God bless you for what you do...some of us truly know...Michael
