About Me
I was recently promoted to Sergeant. I have been reassigned to head the tactical unit. I have been a full time peace officer since 1989. In 1994 I served as our department's first SLO at the local high school. In 1996 I was assigned to the detective unit and work there until political unrest got me reassigned in 2006. Since 2006 I have been back in patrol and loving it! Among other things I am a state certified ET and Youth Officer and a certified FTO, Homicide Investigator and Arson Investigator. How fun!!! I have also been one of the union representatives (for labor) since 1991.
