I began my career in Law Enforcement as a dispatcher for the California Highway Patrol in 1998 before promoting up to a CHP patrol officer. After a short 8 years of service I was disability retired from my dept after being involved in an on-duty traffic accident and deemed 'non-combat' ready. I then entered [with my husband] Corporate America thru the technology sector where I was a partner in developing a Digital Video Surveillance system for LE, Transportation and the DOD. I also served on the IACP's Digital Video Surveillance board as a vendor representative to establish video standards for Digital Surveillance. After the company went public on the NYSE I retired [again] in April 06. I then took my hobby of songwriting and turned professional with it. I have been writing songs mostly in country but also do other genre's. I have had a few songs picked up by professional's nationally and internationally...however, no BIG names yet!!! Anyways, after selling all my Worldly possessions and our house I bought a motorcoach and traveled fulltime with my husband [who is also a disability retired California LE officer] all around the USA for 3 years. Just recently we have just sold our coach and now are property owners back here in California awaiting our first grandchild. It is good to slow down a bit and settle back down to a normal life.

Prior to being a Chippie I drove cross-country in an 18-wheeler as a truckdriver running from coast to coast. I was a pioneer as one of the first female truckdrivers out there on the road. The reason I got off the road was because I got tired of getting all the tickets and decided I needed to be on the other side of the pen. Believe me it is much more fun giving away those suckers!!!!

During my early years I was a Hollywood Stuntwoman. My specialities were high falls on fire, fire walks with full body ignition, motorcycle stunts, 18 wheeler stunts, vehicle transfers in motion, vehicle explosions, skydiving, vehicle driving and crashes. I was also a celebrity Snow Ski Instructor and Swimming Lifeguard...this helped put me thru my education.

Well there young Lady , how are you doing in your new digs ? Is you new place ( fire proof , water proof , quake proof?). Haven't heard from you in a while so I thought I would just stop by and see how 1/2 of my "Valley Girls" are doing? I know that Deb "The Other 1/2" is running back and forth between work and her Mom's , that Girl is going to run herself into the grave with the schedule she is keeping. Anyways I hope you are happy in your new place. LOL
