    AG,

    I started All Pro Security, Inc. in 1993; split from my partner (he was not in police work....mgnt.) in 1997 and made it All Pro Protection Services, Inc.. In 2003; I went to off-duty LEO's only and dropped all my security officers and special deputies.
    I was putting out way too much on expenses, and insurance coverage every year to make a decent profit.
