About Me
September Update: Well, still OOW as I suspected, but now am going for any mundane job just to get some $$ so I can get some of my college classes back in gear. Many jobs are being posted, but it seems like they are not really in the "hiring" mode yet. Also, getting tired of constant re-writes of my resume for jobs & then no answers to any sent. This job market is very rude to say the least. Had a FANTASTIC time at the Bow Hunter Course(94% test grade)with a super group of guys. You know if I had thought about it sooner, I would have done this when I was first dating & could have gotten a guy who loved to hunt/fish/camp as much as I do. Well, that's ok...hubby cooks great Italian,wonderful singer & excellent dancer(none of this mob cement shoes dancing the kids do today). Besides, I can be the one to bring home a legal Bambi or Bambi's Mom as soon as I get a little deer research done & some field experience. I CAN'T WAIT!!!! Hubby is not too eager for me to have any deer carcasses in our kitchen though....this is where "compromise" in the marriage comes in...hahahahaha. I am thinking of going with either a Recurve or Long Bow, so if any of my buddies out there have done hunting with them, please give me some tips on hooking up with a reliable brand. Anyone know of a Archery shop in Middleboro,MA called " Reeds"? One of the guys rec. this place for lessons & tuning of a bow/getting one fit for me. Hubby wants bathroom done next(painting continues)& daughter's room make-over almost done. Got great deal on Craigslist.com for a futon w/new 8" mattress($15) & a full platform bed from Ikea(very new, also $15)from a guy moving into another apt. I love this site!! Daughter now has new bed that I couldn't have afforded otherwise. Hope everyone out there is doing well, and thanks BBishop for the new ideas for my Troop pkgs & answering my Q re: Baby Wipes! I have (3) pkgs. I'm hoping to send out on Tuesday. Get any more ideas just pop me a message . Everyone's messages just make my day & keep me positive. Please keep my close nieghbor's cousin in your prayers, as well as praying for his family(he was the young officer who was run down by the PO truck in Weymouth). I know this will be a hard time not only for his wife, but his kids as well. Still looking for Security work/any LE work I could qualify for , so if anyone from MA sees a job, post it to me & Thanks! Keep Safe, be Alert, and come Home every day/noc.

    Just saw the thing about emt classes... check out Safety Program Consultants, Inc they are the best around in my oppinion. A lot of my friends have gone through them. They give discounts to LEO's as well. So as soon as you get on, you can take you discounted EMT classes.
