    Hey there Michael..It was good to hear back from you. I know how you feel about Beaumont being to close to Pt. Arthur. I don't like it myself at all. I would much rather be back in Burnet County. It was surprising to hear you say that this is area is beautiful. I always thought East Texas was very unappealing compared to West Texas and the Hill Country.
