Gary, Hope your daughter realizes the dream. Disney is the largest private employer in the entire state of Florida, so I'm sure there are many areas she can work in. Working at SeaWorld, I can tell one thing for absolute certain: In the theme park industry, you can not afford to stay static. There is always something new around the corner.
