    Oh yeah, we've had some excitement here already.. Our worst flood was 1937 when we crested 28 feet over flood stage!! This year, so far, we crested at 56.5 ( flood stage is 52) so we had some restaurants break loose and the typical road closures and worse yet home flooding..Can't think of why I would rebuild in a flood stage ??? It's heartbreaking..Stay safe and dry and good luck I'll keep a prayer and an eye on you guys..Thanks for checking on us.. Bill
