    I hope you are right about that too. Like idealist said, has a 14 year daughter and they test each other, but they have a line of communication with each other. I hope when Dennt C is that age we do too. I know I tested my parents some in that area. We could talk. Write now life is easy, we love him and meeting his needs are simple.

    Plan to be close to him always. He has made me a proud dad as he's made his mother a proud mom too. I just happen to love them dearly. He a good spirited little guy. He is normal in growth and weight. The other evening we were on his matt on the floor playing. Mom got a picture of us asleep. He had his hand on top of dad's hand. To me it's a priceless picture of us. I had a busy day and was tired and we took a nap together.

    This Sunday is great, I just survived 3 sleep overs, and we are in pretty good shape, the friends of my daughter stay up late and sleep late, ( so do I ) so that works well, have a wonderful Sunday

    Yes, Denny Chase R is our first. He is so much fun. The facial expressions he makes now are priceless. He likes my badge, when holding him in uniform, his little hand goes there. I take him with me, his prints. I told my wife's sister ( she a LEO too) that Denny rides along to keep Daddy safe. We both laughed. The wife takes him to day care and I pick him. I feed, change him, bathe him, go to the doctor appointments and all that father stuff. To be honest with you, I'm proud to carry his finger prints on my badge.

    Wow. A grandson born on Easter Friday, what a special blessing that would be. Little Denny was born in December, was due Dec. 24 and we were planning on Christmas in the hospital. We had a small tree to take and we would have opened gifts there. He came a bit early, we took one gift and the tree with us. It was the best Christmas we had even if early. We are having a great week end the weather was prefect yesterday and a bit cooler today, but no complaints. I am so happy for you and your family. Just love and protect the little guy the best you can. As our parents told us, they have rights to spoil the grandchild and helpfully grandchildren.
