  Thanks for stopping by. Summer here in the Philly, PA area has been hotter than the hinges of Hades. I do have A/C so that makes it much more bearable, but contribute to the cooped up feeling. Everything being equal, I'll take hiding inside where it is cool.

  Evening Sherry,
  Our summer has been good so far. Before it turned hot, we started to get into backpacking. We would go in about 3 1/2 miles to a private pond. My father told us where my great grandparents home use to be. We found the fruit cellar and it was lined with bricks and we have one of them at our home. Our son either stayed with grandparents or my wides sister. Have taken him to the pool, and he has a floaty device he sits in. Dad pulls him all over the pool and he likes it. I can pour a handful of water over his head and he's cool with that. I use go under the water and come up behind him and he would look for me. I turn him and there I was. His expression was how you do that. He caught on to that now. He crawling and that is interesting. He's scared of thunder and lighty, so he joins us in bed. Mom has her arm him and dad has arm arm around both of them. Thinks he feels double protected. He is our topic of conversation. It was awful hot here with the heat index. Work is work. Fun is fun.
