Hi All.
I had a discectomy w/ bilateral laminotomy so I have been on Bed rest, literally, for the past two weeks.
I can now walk for 15 minutes per hpur so I wanted to give you a heads Up and did I miss saint Pattys Day? LOL
I did not remember the first week after anesthesiology. LOL..Have a Great Safe week my friends.
