Hello my Friend.
I hope this note finds you and your loved ones well. The weather in the northeast is turning cooler. The leaves will soon turn into the most beautiful shades of red and yellow. I believe fall to be my favorite season of all.
How I miss my family in Norway , and the coast. Sometimes it feels like my throat closes. And my heart threatens to break. Thank God, I have my daughter, which helps me with the rare but searingly painful moments.
Wow, She just started her Junior year in Highschool and works her first Job. How did this happen?
Time flies, I remember her birth just like it was yesterday.
Hey Josh--Thanks for the add. Nice to meet you. Hope the weeks been good to you. It's Wednesday/Hump Day and the rest of the week is on the downhill slide. The weekend will be here before you know it. Be safe up there in Westminster and have a great rest of the week. Carl
"Saint Joseph was a just man, a tireless worker, the upright guardian of those entrusted to his care. May he always guard, protect and enlighten familes."
St. Joseph's Day is a Big Feast for Italians because in the Middle Ages, GOD, Through St. Joseph's Intercessions, Saved the Sicilians from a Very Serious Drought. So in His Honor, The Custom is for All to Wear Red, in The Same Way that Green is Worn on St. Patrick's Day, Generosity Marks This Day,
as it did the Character of Joseph
Himself. In Many Nations it's a Day
of Sharing with the Poor and Needy,
and Nowhere is This better carried out
than in The Nation that perhaps loves
The Most: Italy.
