I am a retired Dekalb County sergeant with 22 1/2 years of service. I have four college degrees ranging from Criminal Justice to a Master's in Public Administration. I currently teach part-time in the Lanier Technical College Criminal Justice program, but I am looking for a full-time position as a Police Academy Assistant Director and as in instructor in an academy program.

    He looks in the mirror every morning and night,
