- About Me
- Started my career as a Corrections Officer in a Male/Close Custody state prison for almost one year. Gain a lot of experience here but for personal reasons moved out of state and started all over again as a Detention Officer in the Jail. I do believe things happen for a reason as I do enjoy very much my new career and the staff I work with. I am proud of where I am in my life, even though I'm in my 40's, I am thankful to have found the career I love and to somehow be able to make a difference. I will share the hardest time in my life which was losing my only sibling, John on June 7, 2005. He had just turned 43 and passed away in his sleep, they say due to being diabetic. I miss him very much and the pain is still there. Life is short and you never know about our tomorrows, so tell the ones you love them, don't go to bed angry, forgive who you need to, and last but most important, give thanks to God for keeping you and your family safe.
