  Well we are getting new uniforms complete with new shirt colors. We will be blue and our pants are going to be black. I am suprise they decided to get us a complete uniform. We all know that the budget is out of wack since we had the murder last year. It is still unsolved. This one was pretty grisly. The poor kid was just walking home from work and was nearly beheaded. We really haven't had to many murders out in Ashland. I hope they catch the person soon.

  freezep thinks I am an imposter. I can guartee that I am not. I may not wear blue or carry a gun like you, but I still get called names. I still walk and can have people arrested it. (drunk people). I do not write tickets, but I do the job I was trained for. I also train new people for footpatrol

  well they had a forenics expert come in from Erie Pa. to determin what kind of weapon was used in the murder. The poor kid was almost beheaded. It was pretty bad. We have never had anything like this before, but other agencies in our area are helping us with extra patrols on the bike path. I do hope they catch this person or persons soon.

  the two people killed in 2004 was from someone they knew. I do hope they catch the person soon. The citizen have been warn not to let their children on the bike path alone. The killing happened less them 200 yards from one of our elem schools and middle school. Crime like that does not happen that often. We usually get break ins and shop lifting.

  Well we had our first homicide in 7 years on sat. 19. This one the det. think is a stranger on stranger stabbing. The other two killings were in 2004

  Sorry I haven't been on in awhile. Been busy working, and setting up our graffiti hotline. It's been one of thoughs weeks my computer started to freeze and was going very slow. My son went to fix it and it started to smoke and died. Got a new laptop computer from Best buy. It's works great. Still trying to get use to the key board very sensetive compare to my old one.

  well it's been a busy week. Still working on are graffiti problem and coming up with some ideas. One that we will have in place by the end of the month is a Hot line. I think it will be great. That way people will call in (like they use to), we are also working on a leaflet to get high school and college students to call in. Also community service for those who have been caught. Hopefully if it works out we will hit the junior high and elementary too. I can not wait. I hope all of our hard work pays off.

  Finally had a meeting with the sarg. Everyone's been busy. We are going to set up a hot line for graffiti. To bad we can not afford to give out reward money.
