Hey Chaz, first of all I wanna say I couldn't have put it any better than Mr Turner did.. he hit the nail on the head.. as a LE officer we have to hold alot back when we deal with these terds because we know what they have done, and yea it's real hard.. but we all gave our word to uphold the law and let the system work.. sometimes they do slip thru the cracks, but they will face their maker one day and will pay the ultimate price... we do the Lord's work and will reap the benefits.. I reap them everytime I put a terd away... stay strong and God Bless

Chaz, sometimes the good Lord doesn't see fit to bring us the justice that we long for. Especially in a case like your cousin, our very souls cry out for her murderer to be brought to justice and to pay the highest of all prices. I will join you in that prayer but know this... if by some terrible miscarriage of man's justice he should elude capture or slip the noose of prosecution, he will stand before God one day and answer for why it is that he chose to savagely and viciously attack an innocent child, torment her and take her life. I believe that God will have a very special penance for a person like this. My prayer is that he pay dearly, pay daily and pay ultimately for his crime. God bless you and your family as you deal with this terrible anniversary.
