Rote is the kind of Officer every supervisor secretly wishes could be cloned. Rarely do you find an Officer that can perform at optimum levels AND cite the regulations, SOPs, case laws and landmark decisions that guide that performance.

It's rained and been cold here all week, hopefully this will be the end of it for awhile, at least that's what I keep hoping. I don't remember what warm weather feels like.
