    I want to go on ride-a-longs with any dept around the Los Angeles, CA area so I can understand the job better. Although I have been on a ride a long but only with one dept and I would like to have a chance to go on couple of different dept before hopefully I finish my BA in May and become an officer. If there are any officers this can help with that it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello; If anyone can help me out please let me know. I am a 22 year old getting my BA in Criminology in couple of months and I am trying to find a department that is hiring around the County of Los Angeles, CA. I am having a hard time and if I dont find a department I want to go to the academy on my own and see if I can get hirred that way. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!! Thanks
