Hi John- I heard ma, ma, ma, ma for so many years that when I hear a kid in the store calling Mom I turn around to look. My daughter still calls me Ma, my son calls me dear. Don't ask I have no idea. My grandson calls me mom-mom which is what my kids called my mother. My son won't let me spoil him too much but I get enough spoiling in. Have a great Spring Break, since my kids aren't in school anymore I have no idea when Spring break is around here. Yeah true John there are good and bad all over, it's just luck when you find the right one or anyone. :)

Hi John I just read your "about me" and your littles ones are at the perfect age for fun. My grandson is 8 and we go on "dates" together, usually the movies and then either for pizza or the all time favorite McDonalds. I take him to the circus too when it's in town. The little guy never asks for anything if I offer then he'll take it. I am sure he will be my one and only grandchild so I'm allowed to spoil him. LOL. Sorry to hear about your diagnosis but everything happens for a reason. I understand that you miss being out on the streets, so do I and I wasn't even sworn, just a volunteer. Enjoy your weekend and Spring Break, my friend.
