Personal

About Me
I was born and raised in Florida. Lived in St. Petersburg, Orlando, Leesburg/Tavares, and Ft Myers. I was hired on with the Lake County Sheriff's Office in 2002. I worked for Lake County Sheriff for 2 1/2 years in dispatch before deciding to move to another county in 2005 for a new start. I was hired on by a Sheriff's office as a dispatcher for 2 1/2 years. I was sponsored in the academy by the Sheriffs Office. I'm a Deputy Sheriff in Corrections working on my dual certification. I am attending the crossover academy starting August 10th. My dream is to be on the road and plan to fulfill that dream in the next year. I love law enforcement and believe I was born to do this type of work. I am continuing my education in Criminal Justice, working on my degree. I would like to be a part of Special OPS, Gang or K-9 Unit. I am determined. My daughters are old enough that I can follow my dreams. Its about time for me now to do what I have always wanted. There has always been something keeping me back and now I have the support from a GREAT agency and the support from my daughters, friends and family. Its never too late to follow your dreams. I will keep moving forward as long as I am able to breath.
