    Im back.....Time is ticking, Im not getting any younger and the freeze here in NY is killing me! More departments need less lateral transfers and new enthusiastic blood. Im waiting, not so patiently anymore as Im watching my dream become faded with age. I havent given up, but Im having a very hard time.
